Pathway BioMedX Inc. is an innovative, community-based STEM education 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.
We aim to inspire and equip future leaders through transformative, experiential learning. Students grow through hands-on projects in our after-school STEM programs, giving them not only academic skills but also a lifelong love of careers in medicine, health sciences, biotechnology, life sciences, computer science, and engineering. Empowering students to bring innovation and service to communities everywhere is at the heart of what we do.
Our afterschool enrichment program opens doors for motivated middle and high school students eager to pursue rewarding careers in bioengineering, medicine, and engineering. We support students at every stage – from middle school through college and even into graduate programs. This means kids in our STEM afterschool programs get the help they need, whether it’s through academic content tutorials, college preparation, test prep, internships, leadership training, or one-on-one professional mentorship. Goals are more attainable when there’s encouragement and guidance at every step.
We believe every student deserves the chance to dream big. At Pathway BioMedX, our program empowers middle and high school students to excel in honors and AP courses, compete for admission to top-tier Ivy League and selective universities, and prepare for fulfilling STEM careers. Our after school programs near you help students level up academically while developing leadership for the future.

How do I register my child?
You can register through our website or URL (include Jumbula URL) or by emailing us at [email protected].
Yes, a deposit is required to reserve a spot and is applied toward total tuition.
50% deposit at the time of registration and the full remainder paid before the program starts.
Full tuition for all summer and School Year programs is due by the start date of the program. For families who register after this date, payment must be made in full within two weeks of submitting the deposit, or no later than the program’s start date—whichever comes first. It’s important to note that late payments may result in the forfeiture of the student’s place in the program, and in such cases, the deposit becomes non-refundable. We strongly encourage families to adhere to these deadlines to secure their child’s enrollment and avoid any disruptions.
What is your refund policy?
Our refund policy is designed to provide flexibility while ensuring we can effectively plan and staff our programs. Deposits are fully refundable if requested within seven days of payment and before the program start date. After the program start date, deposits are only refundable within 72 hours of payment. Once the program has begun after 72hr, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. However, in the event of a documented illness or injury that prevents participation, partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis though the deposit will remain non-refundable. We recommend reaching out as early as possible if changes to your child’s enrollment are needed.
