Winnifred Brobbey

My name is Dr. Winnifred Brobbey. I was born and raised in Ghana,
where I attended Wesley Girls’ High School in Cape Coast, one of the
nation’s most prestigious High School. I later pursued my medical
education at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology
(KNUST) School of Medical Sciences, training as a physician. With over
five years of clinical practice, I have developed broad experience in
patient care while maintaining a strong commitment to community health.
Currently, I am a graduate student at Boston University, where I am
pursuing certificates in Environmental Health as well as Maternal and
Child Health. Outside of academics and medicine, I enjoy watching
movies, exploring new places, and spending time with family and friends.
I am married to a dentist(specialist oral and maxillofacial surgeon), and
together we are blessed with two wonderful boys. My passion for teaching
is deeply rooted in mentorship and knowledge-sharing, inspired by the
dedicated educators and mentors who guided my journey. I aim to
empower students with knowledge, curiosity, and confidence, equipping
them to make meaningful contributions in their communities.
